The FansFirst program was created to bring focus to primary business objective: satisfying you, our fans. Whether playing great basketball on the court, providing exciting halftime entertainment or greeting you at the door with a smile, the Minnesota Timberwolves strive to make your NBA experience the best. To achieve this, the Timberwolves depend on the Fan Relations Department. Think of them as your service specialist. Their job is to serve as your primary contact for any requests or questions, whether big or small.

Target Center Box Office
Located in the main lobby of the arena on First Avenue North. Open Monday-Friday, 10 a.m.-6 p.m., and four hours prior to tip-off for weekend games. Will call is open 90 minutes prior to tip-off. A photo ID is needed in order to pick up tickets.
